David Grusch(1) is a Career Intelligence Officer trusted with the Nation’s most “intimate” secrets. For fourteen years he has been a part of multiple Military and Government Special Access Programs. He says the most interesting of these secrets came after his invitation to join the UAP Task Force when he learned that the American Government is in possession of “quite a number of non-human vehicles” that have both crashed onto our planet … and have been “gently landed.” He says(1), “I started out as a non-believer. I came to the problem as a hardcore physics guy … So I have, you know, excuse my language a high bull— factor… I was very methodical in interviewing people who didn’t know each other and making sure this wasn’t some kind of cover-up of some other program.” After his interviews, however, Grusch’s mind had been changed - as he whistleblows to say, “We’re definitely not alone. The data points quite empirically that we’re not alone.”

Through this interview, Grusch makes several remarkable claims about how the American Government has proof of non-human intelligence and “quite a number” of spacecraft created by materials not from this planet. Most incredibly though, he makes multiple allegations that there are secret government programs hiding the truth about this amazing phenomenon from the American people. He says(1), “There is a sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the US populous, which is extremely unethical and immoral.”

However, when questioned on the credibility of his claim Grusch remarks(2) that, “I mean, I have the credentials. I was an intelligence officer on the UAP Task Force.” This response, however, is my first red flag for his credibility. (It is giving me Richard Doty vibes - especially since he claims to have never actually seen any of these crafts and biologics himself. Don't know about Richard Doty? Check out my post here.) I am not the only one to have felt this slight misinformation vibe. After his interview with Ross Coulthart, Coulthart also released an explanation(3) of what he had been told. He says, “Just to emphasize - the fact that [Grusch] has been cleared is only an endorsement of the United States government that nothing he is permitted to speak about would be a breach of National Security … it is not an endorsement that everything he is telling me is true. And so there is always the possibility, no matter how remote, that he is making this up.” However, as a career intelligence officer with 14 years in the Air Force and a degree in Physics, Grusch(1) has all of the required attributes to deem himself worthy of belief. As for his last post in this career, Grusch says, “I co-lead the UAP portfolio for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and some of the highest officials within the Department of Defense and Intelligence community used to call on me to advise them on some of the hardest target sets that the country had.”(1) Several military and government officials, along with intelligence officers agree that Grusch is credible in what he is saying, further corroborating his story. Men like Christopher Mellon, (the Former Deputy Assistant Director of Defense,) and Karl Nell (a recently retired American Military Officer,) say that Grusch is reliable and credible(3)

One of the biggest complaints about the reliability of his statements is that Grusch adheres to the fact that he never touched or even saw any of these crafts or biologics himself. However, as Coulthart(3) points out - it was not his job to SEE the events happen ; he was not in a position to have these encounters himself. He was a Reconnaissance Officer for the NRO, and Co-Lead for the analysis and review of UAP, as well as the representative of this task force. His job was to speak to the people who had been witnesses and to interview experiencers for their full story. Though in his younger days, he was in the field as a decorated combat officer in Afghanistan, and then for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)(4) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)(4) - in 2022 when this journey first began he was on analysis.

The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community determined Grusch’s allegations to be “Urgent and Credible,(8) and referred them to the Senate Intelligence and House Intelligence Committees - which were allegedly followed by meetings that were held in secret where these committees heard evidence under oath from Grusch. This combined with the fact that the Pentagon and DOPSR allowed his statements to be cleared leaves few questions as to whether or not the government was taking all of this seriously. In an interview with John Hook, Jeremy Corbell(6) explains how Grusch initially came to him before this NewsNation interview for protection and not publicity. He was working for the UAP task force and was tasked with going to every compartmentalized, black, SAP (Special Access Program,) and “look through to see if we don’t have oversight on anything that has to do with extra-terrestrial technology…”

Grusch interviewing on the Joe Rogan Experience (7)

In this same interview, Corbell said(6), “…[Grusch] found that not only are we reverse engineering UFOs, but he called them biologics, non-human intelligence… he then compiled all that information, and because all of a sudden they were trying to shut him down - he got real reprisal. He was worried for his safety, and his own well-being. He went to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community…and he provided all of the witness testimony…and the ICIG didn’t just take his word for it, they pulled in all of those 40+ witnesses, they took down under oath their testimony, they provided evidence and proof of everything…and they are doing an investigation right now.”

Grusch did what was asked of him - he interviewed people from Special Access Programs (SAPs), and relayed what he was told. This however came with enormous repercussions for him and several of his colleagues and associates. In the video above, Grusch explains how he was accused of hiding and withholding mental illnesses - being investigated by three agencies at once ; and how, though he was able to walk away from his position without true retribution, his boss was not so lucky as he was escorted out of the building with this clearance revoked as a show of force for working with Grusch.

Grusch had his statements cleared through the Defense Office of Pre-Publication and Review Committee. “The point of this process is to ensure that information being released by the people working in the Department of Defense doesn't contain any classified information.  However, what this approval process doesn't consider is whether or not the statements are factually accurate. So by approving statements for release, the DOD Isn't saying that the information is true - only that it is not classified.  This statement is important because by submitting his statements to this department, Grusch put the DOD in an uncomfortable position.  They could either deny approval of his statements on the basis of the things he was saying being classified- and in doing so admit there was some merit to what he was saying. Or they could approve the statements and take the gamble that they would be able to maintain the fallout of what he alleged.”

According to the UFO Rabbithole Podcast(5) the way this procedure works backs the Defense Office of Pre-Publication and Security Review Committee, (or DOPSR,) into a tight corner. When Grusch went through this process to have his information cleared the Pentagon had two options - tell him no, and publicly acknowledge that there is something to talk about that they are hiding - or tell him yes and let the people find out. Grusch makes a very similar comment in his interview on the Joe Rogan Experience.(7) He calls this tight spot a “catch-22.” He explains that anybody with a “clearance” must go through this process to write or publicize anything “military or intelligence related.” He says the purpose is for DOPSR to look at it from a security perspective only. Its function is not to vouch for validity,, only to ensure that it does not mention classified programs or use any code words that are deemed against National Security. He says, “If they want to redact and pose a redaction … they would be basically self-certifying there is a there there…”

I think it is interesting to point out here The Chart and its ranking of the news media outlets. NewsNation is one of only seven news organizations to actually fall in the middle - scoring a .21 on the bias scale and a 44.19 on this bias/reliability/credibility scale. (For reference, NPR scored -.28 bias, and 49.33 reliability - the highest-scoring media on this list - Fox News scored 11.48 bias and 36.27 reliable - and on the opposite side of the political spectrum is ABC scored -6.60 bias and 42.09 reliability - and then you have media such as the National Enquirer that scored a reliability score of only 12..) Knowing that NewsNation is highly credible and reliable, and shows very little bias (at least according to this chart,) was quite interesting considering they were the ones to break this story.

I think the most interesting part of this interview - as well as the hearings that came out of it - is the way that Grusch is always incredibly careful to choose the most precise wording. He REFUSES to use “alien” or “extra-terrestrial,” and always refers to the phenomena as “non-human intelligence,” as there is not enough data to prove they are other-worldly. He says instead, “Maybe they’re coming from a different physical dimension, as described in quantum mechanics. We know there are extra dimensions due to high-energy particle collisions, etc., and there’s a theoretical framework to explain that…”

There is no question about how seriously the American Government was taking Grusch - that is until this past week when the Pentagon released a new update. Since last June our Government has been hard at work reacting with new programs and initiatives to discover what this phenomenon is, with researchers and investigators anxiously anticipating Disclousre, with a capital “D.” Up until this point we have been given declassified videos and documents, books and news articles, journals and podcasts ; all delivering little bits of information - disclosure, with a little “d.” What is still missing is governmental acknowledgment of the cover-up. Our President stepping forward and saying they have lied for almost a century.

THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ALL-DOMAIN ANOMALY RESOLUTION OFFICE - Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Volume I (9)

Instead, this past week we got the opposite response - in a bait and switch so incredibly like Roswell that it is almost jarring. The Pentagon's All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) issued a report(9) stating, "The aggregate findings of all USG investigations to date have not found even one case of UAP representing off-world technology …  authentic sensitive national security programs were ‘mistaken’ with UFO programs(10) … AARO (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) has no evidence for the USG reverse-engineering narrative provided by interviewees and has been able to disprove the majority of the interviewees’ claims..." - as if to close the book with a nothing more to see here mentality. Lawmakers and Politicians pushing for Disclosure are outraged about this release.

Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett takes to X after release of new Pentagon statement.

Lue Elizondo, the former director of the Pentagon's advanced aerospace threat identification program, told The Good Trouble Show that it's "inconceivable that the Pentagon continues to go down this road of obfuscation and denial … Our adversaries have already stated for the record they have their own UAP programs. Is this not important to the Pentagon? … This report is not only inaccurate but also misleading in many of its assertions … Furthermore, this is yet another example of a long list of missteps by the Pentagon in recent history. It's a sad day for democracy when the American public is being fed misinformation under the guise of truthfulness and transparency.”

If all of this is nothing but a massive misinformation campaign … what are they trying SO HARD to hide from us? What is the truth?

…and why is is always wrapped in conspiracy?

…and how does it always end up back at Roswell?

“Grusch believes there is a “sophisticated disinformation campaign” in the United States with regard to nonhuman life and aircraft. He also made stunning claims that go back to the famous Roswell incident. At the time, there were multiple witnesses who said there were bodies recovered from the alleged Roswell aircraft. ‘You might want to trust some of these witnesses,’ Grusch said. In 1947, an object crashed in the New Mexico desert near the town of Roswell. The U.S. Air Force recovered material that was described as metallic and rubbery, though the government changed its story as to what it was, calling it a ‘flying disc’ at first, then a weather or spy balloon … Most believe that the Roswell incident has been thoroughly debunked. In fact, the Air Force published a report in 1994 to put the issue to rest once and for all. Grusch has read it. UFO claims could be positive: ‘X-Files’ E.P. ‘That analysis they did was a total hack job,’ he said. ‘I mean, even anybody with analytical skills … if you read it, you can deduce that they’re completing multiple situations crash test dummies and movable dunes. They (the Air Force) is just saying that the townsfolk who personally witnessed it were totally imagining things. They concocted that whole report just to disinform.’ As to why Grusch believes the Air Force and the U.S. government maintain such a degree of secrecy, he believes it is, in his words, “Feudalistic dominance,” and “fuel in the war machine.” He claims that through the 50s and 60s, encounters with nonhuman aircraft continued, as did the alleged cover-up…”

We have been taught to stigmatize, belittle, and laugh off anything to do with UFOs. We have been conditioned to believe that all of it is fictional - fantasy - sci-fi. But what if all of this conditioning by society and the media has been nothing but psychological manipulation to hide the vastness of our galaxy, and keep “the people” under the thumb of control?

We have all been taught in the media, we have been socially conditioned to accept that this is something that must be ridiculed. But what I now realize from talking to Mr. Grusch is that it really has been the case that there has been a deliberate disinformation operation run by the United States Intelligence community to try and suppress interest and coverage in this issue. We in the media have been taught to ridicule and belittle this subject - to stigmatize it with a taboo. That means that it is career suicide to go near it. I have had so many journalistic friends say to me … that I should disengage because I am putting my career in jeopardy even engaging with it. The thing that shocked me when I started talking to people in the intelligence community and the defense community - it wasn't that hard to get an admission from them that this is real. And this is what I think is the fundamental problem, is that there has been such a chronic failure at a very high level by sections of the media…its leadership position on this issue has been squandered because they allowed themselves to be led by the nose… Every time there is a National Security reporter on major mastheads engaged on this issue, they get bought off with a tantalizing offer of another story on national security issues. It’s made clear - if you shut up writing about that issue of UFOs, well give you a drop - well give you a feed. That's the way it works.
The Inside Story - Coulthart(3)

Check back in next week when we will unpack the idea of conspiracy itself, and try to figure out why, even with all of the “answers” we have been given - we still believe there is a conspiracy surrounding Roswell. We will dive into the psychology behind whistleblowers and deathbed confessions, and figure out why the Project Mogul explanation just doesn’t match up with the rest of the story.

Until then, keep your eyes to the skies. 👽
